Who we are

The Brazil-Ireland Association (BRIA) is a professional, institutionalized organization registered as a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG). We officially serve as a member of the Dublin City Public Participation Network (PPN) within the Social Inclusion category, a position that connects us to the Dublin City Council and over 900 civil society organizations to influence local policy and community welfare.
We believe that true integration means understanding Irish culture, respecting its norms, and contributing positively to its collective growth. BRIA serves as a strategic bridge between people and institutions by empowering individuals to navigate the Irish landscape with autonomy, dignity, and readiness. We are committed to the transformation of "invisible labor" into "integrated talent," ensuring that the high-level skills and experience the Brazilian community brings are fully recognized and utilized by the Irish market.
Through professional, educational, and social initiatives, we foster knowledge exchange and reinforce the bilateral relations between Brazil and Ireland. Our work promotes an integration model based on collaboration, mutual respect, and sustainable development, positioning the Brazilian professional as an effective contributor to Ireland's economy and society.

Manifest

At BRIA, we believe that every professional journey is a story of courage. We, Brazilians, are not visitors, we are a community building long-term lives and making a real difference in Ireland.
We know that for too long, many talented Brazilian professionals have remained "invisible" in the workforce, often in roles that do not reflect their high qualifications. We are here because we want to change that.
We believe in an integration based on respect, where Brazilians and Irish grow together, mutually enriched by shared excellence. This is the beginning of a future where we lead and succeed together.
